She is fond of apples.

Reasons :

We can't choose option 'a' because on using it the sentence would be :- 'She is fond to apples' which is inappropriate.

On choosing option 'b' the sentence will be :- 'She is fond from apples' which is again incorrect.

And option 'c', if we choose then sentence will be :- 'She is fond on apples' which is totally meaningless.

And the option 'd' can will be used because on using it, we will get :- 'She is fond of apples' which on reading looks right.

Hope it will help you.
