Hey friend, Harish here.

Here is your answer.

If the the slope cuts the axis, when the x or y value is 0.

Then,

In First Equation.

When, x = 0 ,  x - 2y = 6

⇒ -2y = 6,   And y = - 3.

When y = 0 , x - 2y = 6

⇒ x = 6.

Therefore this slope cuts x and y axis at (6,0) and (0, -3) .

2nd Equation:

When y = 0, 3x = 6,  x= 2.

When x = 0 , -6y = 6, y = -1.

So, its cuts the x and y axis at (0,-1) and (2,0) respectively.

Now when we plot the graph and connect those points . we get a trapezium.
