Answer:

Let us first write the terms of each polynomial in descending order ( or ascending order). thus, the given problem becomes 93x 2−4x+10)÷(x−2)

(i) 3x = 3x

___

x

(ii) 3x(x−2)=3x 2−6x

(iii) 22x=2

(iv) 2(x−2)=2x−4

∴ Quotient=3x+2 and Remainders=14

(i.e.3x 2 −4x+10=(x−2)(3x+2)+14 and is in form

Divided=(Divisor×quotient+Remainder)
