To know who covers less distance we have to find out their perimeter :

Perimeter of square = 4×s

=> 4×55

=> 220m

Now, Perimeter of rectangular park= 2 (l+b)

=> 2(60+45)

=> 2×105

=> 210m

So, Perimeter of square park(220m) > Perimeter of rectangular park (210m)

=> Bulbul covers less distance
