10. The capacity of a cuboidal tank is 87500 litres of water. Find the breadth of the tank, if its
tength and depth are respectively 2.5 m and 10 m.

1 ml = 1 cm³

87500 liters = 87500*1000 ml

                     = 87500000 ml

87500000 ml = 87500000 cm³

Length = 2.5 m = 250 cm

Depth = 10 m = 1000 cm

Volume = l*b*h = 87500000 cm³

Breadth = Volume/(l*b)

              = 87500000/250000

              = 350

So the breadth is 350 cm i.e., 3.5 m
