10. The curved surface of a cylindrical pillar is 264 m2 and its volume is 924 m3 . Taking = , find the ratio of its diameter to its height.

if are of curved surface is 264

then, 2πrh=264-----------(1)

now if volume is 924

then, πr²h=924-----------(2)

now, just (2)/(1)

r/2h = 3.5

r/h=7

now d=2r

so,2r/h =2*7

d/h=14
