Answer:

Volume of conical tent = ⅓πr²h

Area of circular base = πr²

Area of circular base, πr² = 154 m²

1232 m³ = ⅓ × 154 m²

24 m = height

154 m² = πr²

154 m² × 7 / 22 = r²

49 = r² = 7

l = √( r² + h² )

= √( 7² + 24² )

= √625 = 25 cm

Curved surface area of cone = πrl

= 22/7 × 7 × 25 m² = 550 m²

So 550 m² canvas must be used,

Length × width = 550 m²

Length × 2 m = 550 m²

Length = 275 m

{\huge{\bold{\underline{\underline{ANSWER:}}}

area of base is the area of a circle.

area of circle = πr²

here, 154m² = πr²

154 = (22/7)r²

(154 x7)/22 = r²

r² = 49

r = √49

r = 7m
