8. Study the following flow chart and describe how bread is processed

Mixing yeast, sugar and water leaving for fifteen minutes to allow yeast
to absorb sugar → mixing flour, fat, salt with yeast → kneading for ten minutes
to make a ball of dough leaving dough for two hours to increase in size
kneading again → pushing into desired shape leaving again for one hour to
increase in size baking dough in hot oven for 45 minutes → bread ready.
