\mathbb\red{ANSWER}

Area of Rectangular Park = Length × Breadth

= 80m × 65m

= 5200m²

Area of road EFGH = Length × Breadth

= 65m × 5m

=325 m²

Area of Road IJKL = Length × Breadth

= 80m × 5m

= 400m²

Area of Square common in two roads = 5m × 5m= 25m²

Area covered by Roads = 325m²+400m²-25m²

= 725m²-25m²

= 700m²

Cost of constructing road of 1m² =Rs130

Cost of 700m²= Rs130 × 700

= Rs91,000
