NON - UNIFORM MOTION :

Motion of an object is said to be non uniform motion when it's velocity is changing .

Change in velocity takes in 3 ways :

✳ speed changes with direction remaining constant .

✳ direction of motion changes with speed remaining constant .

✳ both direction and speed change simultaneously .

AVERAGE VELOCITY :

the distance covered by an object in unit time is called average speed .

Average velocity = total distance \ time taken

INSTANTANEOUS SPEED :

The speed of a body at any instant by looking at its speedometer . the speed at any instant is called instantaneous speed .
