2. For example- the membrane allows only selective molecules and ions to through it.however prevents other molecules from passing through the membrane

Simple diffusion

1. It is the process by which solutes moves along a concentration gradient in the solution

2. It is the action of hydrogen bonds between water solutes

3. It is an active process
