The correct answer is option 2) 11.43

The relation between celsius and fahrenheit scale is,

\frac{c}{100}  = \frac{f-32}{180}

Given values be equal and opposite to values

⇒ let us take reading of celsius be C , then the value of Fahrenheit = -C

then from the relation,

\frac{C}{100}  = \frac{-C - 32}{180}

⇒ 180C = -100C -3200

⇒ 280C = -3200

⇒ C = -11.428 ≅ -11.43
