The King's ship here refers to King Alonso's ship.
His ship is safe in the harbour in the deep recess where once Prospero roused Ariel at midnight to go and bring dew from the storm tossed- Bermuda.
It is a group of islands located in the West Indies.
It is still vexed means that Bermudas are still troubled by storms.
