Wilton who was Chairman of CCOS Committee(later CDS) Of Australia, barring two incidents where he defended a Field Commander’s discretionary decision, even when he was not personally in its favor, and another where he stood his ground when his sons,as serving Officers/Reserve Offivers on Call for War duty refused to go to Vietnam for war against the Viet Cong, I am not aware of any Text where he had criticized Public immorality. These two incidents do not qualify as cases of public immorality.
