some ways are :-

1) fingertip has to be pierced with the help of sterile Lancet and one drop of blood has to be added to each of the cavities .

2) one drop of antiserum had to be added in each cavity of the slide.

3) the blood has to be mixed with antiserum solution using mixing stick
