RE: SUBWAY CROSSING BY PEDESTRIANS

I am writing to raise a concern about pedestrians who seldomly cross the subways in Delhi, resulting to motorists causing vital accidents by knocking down the pedestrians and even other motorists. The same pedestrians cause the subways attract traffic jams.

I therefore request that there is the need to create awareness among the people that keep on crossing the subways to let them know about the dangers they cause risking their lives and the lives of other motorists.
