As the power dissipated across a resistor is
P = V^2/R
So, V = √PR
V = √100*4= √400 = 20 V
P = V^2/R
So, V = √PR
V = √100*4= √400 = 20 V

=>H=l².RT
=>l²=H÷RT

=>V=I×R
=>V=5×4
=>V=20
Potential difference = 20 Volt :)
