Steps followed :

Here we have a question about direct or indirect variation .

According to the Question ; we have been asked that if 100kg makes 3,300/- ; how much will 20kg make ?

For finding the solution ; we got the given properly written .

Then we found the variation type .

If we observe carefully ; the following is in Direct variation . In direct variation - If the value of x increases y will also increase and if y decreases x will also decrease .

The way of finding the answer was cross multiplication . Then we just simplified to get the answer as 660/-.

So the amount of 20kg is 660/-

We can also do this by Unitary method . Here we find the value of 1 kg and then multiply with 20kgs .

For finding value of 1 kg we divide 3300/100 → 33/-

So , 1 kg means 33/-

When we multiply 33 by 20 we get 660 .

Which is 660/-
