For understanding purpose i short the length of 100m to 10m.

Now in 10m cloth we can cut 1.5m pieces into 6 part and 1m cloth still left.

Now multiply the result by 10 for 100m cloth.

After that we got 60 pieces +10m of extra cloth, so for that remaining 10m cloth we cut 6 more part..

So final result is 66 pieces with 1m cloth left over
