Millieq. of NaOH = 100 * 0.5 = 50

Meq of H₂SO₄ = 10 * 3  = 30

Meq of HCl = 20 * 1 = 20

Total meq of acids = 50 = Meq of base (NaOH)

hence the solution is neutral
