100 ml of 10 % NaOH (w/v) is added to 100 ml of 10% HCL (w/v). the nature of resultant solution is

100mL of 10% NaOH (w/V) means 100mL of NaOH solution contains 1gram of NaOH Similarly 100mL of 10% HCl (w/V) means 100mL of HCl solution contains 1gram of HCl We need to find thr moles of both NaOH and HCl. Moles of NaOH =1/40 Moles of HCl = 1/36.5 So moles of NaOH is less than moles of HCl The solution turns out to be ACIDIC in nature.
