Volume of solution =100mL

It’s density =35g/mL

Concentration of NaOH is 40% of the solution.

Now, as we know that Density=VolumeMass

Hence mass of the solution =density×volume=35×100g

Hence, mass of NaOH=10040×35×100=3200

Now, moles of NaOH =Given weight of NaOH/Molar mass of NaOH

=3×40200=35

Now number of molecules of NaOH =numberofmoles×NA

=35×6×1023=1024
