$1 + log_{5} \cos(x) \times log_{5}(5) = log_{5}( \frac{5}{2} )$
Taking log ,

$log_{5}(5) + log(5) \cos(x) \\ = log_{5}(5) - log_{5}(2) \\ log_{5} \cos(x) = - log_{5}(2)$
From here we get ,

$\cos(x) = \frac{1}{2}$
And ,

A € 1

The required Value of cos(x) = 1/2
