Answer :-

==>>>>breading :- The primary organs of the respiratory system are the lungs.

Breathing is a gas exchange process is performed by the lungs and respiratory system.

==>>>Process :- Breathing is the process of moving air into and out of the lungs to facilitate gas exchange.

Diaphragm's Role in Breathing. Inhalation and exhalation are the processes by which the body brings in oxygen and expels carbon dioxide.

==>>>Breathing steps :- Breathing complete in three steps :-

1st step :- Inhalation

2nd step :- Gas exchange

3rd step :- Exhalation

==>>>1. inhalation :- The Diaphragm's Role in Breathing. Inhalation and exhalation are the processes by which the body brings in oxygen and expels carbon dioxide. The breathing process is aided by a large domeshaped muscle under the lungs called the diaphragm.

==>>>2. Gas exchange :- The gas exchange surface of a mammal is the alveolus.
There are numerous alveoli - air sacs, supplied with gases via a system of tubes, connected to the out side by the mouth and nose.

==>>>3. Exhalation :- Exhalation is the process of breathing out carbon oxide from the respiratory system of a human.
This commences when external intercostal muscles relaxes.

Hey mate......

here's ur answer.......

Explain of breathing in humans are as follows.....

Breathing in simple and easy words is a process of inhalation and exhalation...in which oxygen is taken in and carbon dioxide is given out...

Inhalation ........

Air is taken in through nostrils where it is filtered by mucus.

The air then passes down the trachea

Chest cavity becomes larger by flattened diaphragm.

Air is sucked into lungs and fills alveoli ..

Exhalation.....

CO2 is transported in blood..

From blood , it passes to the alveoli.

Chest cavity is compressed because of relaxation of diaphragm.

The air is moved out of lungs in atmosphere..

Hope it helps
