Heya,

Here's your answer
_____________________

Solution:⬇️

First Of All,
Let the volume of “CO” = a \: litres

And....another's volume will be as “CO2” = b \: litres

Now, a + b = 1

When it is passed through Charcoal tube, only “CO2” will react.

So,

CO2 + C = 2COb litres,2b \: litres

Now, a + 2b = 1.6
=> a + b = 1

Thus, b = 0.6 \: litres
=> a \: = \: 0.4 \: litres

Ans:⬇️

Hence, b = 0.6 (60%), a = 0.4, (40%)
