What is non biodegradable waste?
Materials or Objects not capable of being broken down or decomposed to smaller products by the action of living things (such as animals or microorganisms).
Since they cannot be broken down or decomposed they clutter the earth’s surface and and natural resources and are termed as POLLUTANTS.
Identifying non biodegradable waste
It is not of plant or animal origin or is of plant and animal origin but is processed and modified to change it’s basic natural composition. And hence cannot be broken down or decomposed to smaller products by the action of living things (such as animals or microorganisms).

Heya your answer mate
It's sapna here
✍️✍️.
First we should know about non biodegradable waste?
The waste which could not decomposed in soil by the action of bacteria is known as non biodegradable waste.
______________________
As we know that plastic is a non biodegradable waste because it does not decompose in soil.
And it is fact that " if we put plastic in soil and after 100 years it will not decompose".
However, nowadays people use plastic because it is not expensive.
Plastic is durable.
Plastic effects environment and marine animals and so on. And can be harmed my the mechanical effects such as entanglement in the plastic object or the problems related of ingestion of plastic waste, or through exposure of chemical in plastic that interfere with their physiology. Humans are also effected with plastic pollution such as through disruptions "Hormonal mechanism".
Hope it helps you
Thankq
