Correct Answer:

It is quite difficult task to predict exact marks of 100 percentile students but yes, we can have a probable Idea since percentile is a normalized score of any candidate which can be calculated by the below formula:

NTA Score= (100 X total number of candidates appeared in the 'session' who got less than and equal raw score than the candidate ) /total number of candidates appeared in the 'session'.

So I think you are getting how it decrease the chances of knowing the exact marks of a candidate from his/her percentile score, if one candidate score 100 percentile that means no candidate is there who got more marks than that Candidate but it never means that 100 percentile candidate always score full marks.
