Mean of three positive integers is 6 find three positive integers

Mean= sum of quantities/ no of quantities

6= sum of quantities / 3

6*3 = sum of quantities

18 = sum of quantities

Now:

X+ X+1+X+2=18
3X+3=18
3X=18-3
3X=15
X=5
X+1=5+1=6
X+2=5+2=7

6 = sum / 3

6 × 3 = sum of quantities

18 = sum

Let 1 positive be x.

2nd = x + 1

3rd = x + 2

ATQ

➡️ x + x+ 1 + x + 2 = 18

➡️ 3x + 3 = 18

➡️ 3x = 18 - 3

➡️ 3x = 15

➡️ x = 5

➡️ x + 1= 6

➡️ x + 2 = 7
