Principal,p=Rs 10000
Rate,r=11%
Time,n=2 years
=p(1+R/100)whole 2
=10000(1+11/100)whole 2
=10000(100+11/100)whole 2
=10000(111/100)whole 2
=10000*111/100*111/100
Now do cancelletion.
Zero will be cancelled
=1*111*111
=111*111
=12321
Therefore amount =A-P
=12321-10000
=2321

amount = p (1+r/100)^n
amount = 10000 (1+11/100)^2
amount = 10000 × 111/100 ×111/100
amount = 111×111 = 12321

compound interest = amount - principal
12321 - 10000 = 2321
hence compound interest = 2321

hope it helps you
