Answer:

molarity = no. of moles/volume in litre

use this to find the total no. of moles

moles of solution A

0.1 = n x 1000/100

n = 0.01

moles of solution B

0.1 = n x 1000/200

0.1 = n x 5

n = 0.02

add n of both the solution = total n = 0.01 + 0.02

= 0.03moles

total volume = 100 + 200 = 300ml = 0.3litre

final molarity = 0.03/0.3 = 0.1M

thus the final molarity = 0.1M
