let d be the common differences

d=a2-a1

d=104-102

d=2

let 200 be nth term of the AP i.e.,an=200

nth term of an AP is,

an=a1+(n-1)d

200=102+(n-1)2

200-102=2n-2

98=2n-2

98+2=2n

2n=100

n=50

So 200 is 50th term of the AP

So the nth term of an AP is 50th term.

Sum of n terms in an AP is,

Sn=n/2[2a1+(n-1)d]

=50/2[2×102+(50-1)2]

=50/2(2)[102+49]

=50[151]

=7550

so sum of the terms in the given series is 7550
