103×103=(103)^2

=(100+3)^2

=(100)^2+3^2+2×100×3

=10000+9+600

=10609

using the identity

(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2+2ab

Answer:

103 x 103 = (103)^2

So,

(103)^2 = (100 + 3)^2

therefore, by using identity

(a+b)^2 = (a)^2 + 2ab + (b)^2

= (100)^2 + 2 x 100 x 3 + (3)^2

= 10000 + 600 + 9

= 10609

So, 103 x 103 = 10609
