Q1 = heat required to convert the ice into water at 0°C = m * L = 10 * 80 = 800 cal

Q2 =heat released by water to reach 0°C

= m*s*∆T

= 10 * 1 * 60 = 600 cal

here,. Q1 > Q2

heat required to melt all the ice is greater than the provided by the water present in the mixer.

so, some amount of ice will not melt.

hence, final temperature of the mixer= 0°C ...
