10m +  \frac{n^{2} }{4}   \:  \:  \:  \: =  > m = 5 \: and \: n = 4 \\ substituting \: \: the \:  \: values\: of \: m\: and \: n\: we\: get \\   = 10(5) +  \frac{4 ^{2} }{4}  \\  = 50 + 4 \\  = 54
