Given : 10m - n = 6m + 4n

To Find : /

Solution :

∴ 10m - n = 6m + 4n

∴ - n - 4n = 6m - 10m

∴ - 5n = - 4m

[ minus sign gets cancelled on both sides ]

∴ 5n = 4m

m/ n = 5/ 4 ( m = 5, n = 4)

By Substituting the values of m & n,

&

[ By squaring both the sides ]

∴ m²/ n² = 5² / 4²

= 25 / 16

The value of m²/ n² = 25/16.
