Explanation:

1) Fluorine.

2) Group 13 elements outermost or valence electronic configuration is [E]ns2np1, where E is an inert gas. To find the electronic configuration of boron, fill 5 electrons of boron in orbitals according to Aufbau principle. Consequently, electronic configuration of boron will be :1s22s22p1.

3)Thus Beryllium (Be) is the Most electropositive element among them. Aluminium lies below the Boron (B) in periodic table thus it has more electropositivity then Boron, but less then Be.

4)Helium.
