The electronic spreadsheet offers several advantages over the manual one. The worksheets that can be create through electronic spreadsheets are quite big in size and can store large volumes of data. Any part of worksheet can be viewed, edited and printed in desired format. Data can also be viewed in the pictorial form e.g., graphs, charts etc. With the electronic spreadsheets, one can easily get formatted reports and get answer to "what-if" question.
