Here we have three case that is the 1st term starts with 0 or 1 or -1 that is our assumption only

Case 1

Here we take n=0,1,2

1 term =0^2+20

=0+20=20

2nd term =1^2+20=1+20=21

3rd term=2^2+20=4+20=24

Sequence is 20,21,24….

Case 2

Here we take n=1,2,3

1st term=1^2+20=1+20=21

2nd term=2^2+20=4+20=24

3rd term=3^2+20=9+20=29

Sequence is 21,24,29…

Case 3

Here we take n= 0,-1,-2….

1st term=0^2+20=20

2nd term=-1^2+20=21

3rd term=2^2+20=24

Sequence is 20,21,24

In the above they doesn't mention the initial term in most case we take the initial value as 0

if they given then substitute those values in the n the we get the sequence values
