x= 1/2 & -3/5

=> 10x²+x-3=0

=>10x²+6x-5x -3=0

taking common factor

=>2x(5x+3)-1(5x+3)=0

in brackets factors are common

So,

=> (2x-1)(5x+3)=0

x= 1/2 & -3/5
