α+β= $\frac{-(b)}{a}$ ,  and  , α×β= $\frac{c}{a}$

In this case ,

a=5,

b=10,

c=0.

α+β

= $\frac{-(10)}{5}$ = -2 + 0

⇒-2 = -2

Therefore , L.H.S. = R.H.S.

α×β

= $\frac{0}{5}$ = 0×(-2)

⇒ 0 = 0

Therefore , L.H.S. = R.H.S.
