in a direction 30° above the horizontal. Calculate maximum height ,the time taken by the ball to return to the same level and the horizontal distance from the thrower to the point where the ball returns to same level.​

(a) :  Maximum height   H=2gu2sin2θ

⟹ H=2×9.8282×0.52=10 m

(b) :  Time of flight   T=g2usinθ

⟹ T=9.82×28×sin30=2.86 s

(c) :  Range    R=ucosθ×T

⟹ R=28×cos30o×2.86=69.27 m
