second step- click on the right button of your mouse

step three)- clck on the shortcut option ...

step four)- you can see that your folder is displayed on your desktop

step five )- press the enter button

5)- click on the right button of your mouse.. where you want to create a new folder..

step 2)- click on the create folder/new folder

...you can see that your folder will be created

step3)- now give the name of your folder

step4)- and press enter
