Let the number be x.

x + (25% of x) = x + x/4

= 5x/4

Now, the number is decreased by 20%

So, :

5x/4 - (20% of 5x/4)

→ 5x/4 - x/4 = 4x/4 = x

Original number: x

Changed number: x

Percentage change = x/x × 100

= 100%

Henceforth, there's no change.
