Hi,
As the person moves every 5m and slips 1m, we can say he moves 4 m in one go.
He takes 6 seconds to move 4 m.
The height of the building it 53m. He will move 4 m 13 times (53/4=13). This takes him 13*6=78seconds
But after moving, there will still be 1m left, which he will go separately.
In total he moves for 79 sec = 1 min 19 sec
Hope it helps.
