11. ABCD is a rectangle and ABEF is a parallelogram and AB||CF. If AB = 10 cm. and BC = 6 cm, find
() area of rectangle ABCD
(i) area of Parallelogram ABEF
(ii) area of ABEF​

( Opposite sides of parallelograms are parallel )

Hence, CF||EF From 1) & 2)

hence, BC = BE

i.e. BE = 6 cm

Area of Parallelogram = base ×height

= 10 × 6

= 60 sqcm
