11. An insect is trying to climb on a high finishing
smooth wall. Because of high finishing of the wall.
the insect slips down some times. The target of
insect is Il cm high in the wall from his initial
position. If we denote his motion upside by
positive integer and downside by negative integer.
answer the following:
(1) If it crawls 8 cm upside but slips down by
3 cm in each of its moves, what is the position
of the insect after two such moves.
(it) If it crawls 3 cm upside and then slips down by
1 cm in one move, then in how many crawls
and slips he will be able to reach his destination.
Represent each of the above two situations (i) and
(ii) on number line with the help of integers.​
