✧ Object P is moving at a constant velocity.

✧ Hence there is no change in velocity and acceleration is the rate of change in velocity which is zero for object P.For object Q there is a change in velocity.

✧ Hence there should be acceleration if velocity is increasing or retardation if velocity is decreasing.

Hope it helps :)
