11. Area of an isosceles triangle is 48cm². If the altitudes corresponding to the base of the
triangle is 8 cm, find the perimeter of the triangle.

Answer:

Area = 1/2bh=48

h = 8cm

b = 12

one of the equal sides:

h = 8

b/2 = 12/2=6cm

I equal side =v6^2+8^2 = 10

Perimeter=10+10 +12=32cm
