11. By selling 45 lemons, a vendor loses a sum equal to the selling price of 3 lemons. Find his gain percent

Let Rs.X be the cost price of a lemon.

Then,

C.P. of 45 lemons is 45X.

Now,

Selling price of 45 lemons is 45X-3X=42X

Therefore loss percent =(3X/45X)×100

=100/15

= 20/3

=6.67℅

I think there are some mistakes in the question. So I solve the problem a little unequal with the question.
