Aluminium oxide = Al2O3

in 1 molecule there are 2 Al+3 ions

Molecular weight of Aluminium oxide = 2(27)+3(16)=54+48=102g

hence, 102g molecule contain 54g Al+3

and 0.051g will contain, 54/102 ×0.051 =0.027g Al+3 ions.
